ORANGE PEEL INCIDENT | BELGIAN "SINGEL" | 5.5% ABV
OPI, as it is affectionately called in the taproom, is brewed with continental pilsner malt, Willamette hops, bitter orange peel, and classic Belgian ale yeast. After starting fermentation on the cool side the temperature is allowed to free rise ensuring a crisp finish and highly quaffable beer.

The 5 Portsmouth Breweries have combined forces again this year for Portsmouth Beer Week. Brewers trade grain bills and add ingredients at their "Discretion" to create a unique beer. We have Earth Eagle's grain bill and Tom brewed up Belgian Dubbel for your tasting pleasure.
THE TARTAN | PORTER | 6.0% ABV
A classic porter fermented with a Scottish yeast strain. Everything a porter should be.
UDDER VANILLA | VANILLA MILK STOUT | 5.5% ABV
Lactose and vanilla are balanced out with Maris Otter, and chocolate malt to create a delicious, full-bodied beer with restrained sweetness.
hot mess | west coast ipa | 7.2% ABV
Collaboration with our friends at Tilton Brothers Brewing in Hampton. We used Norwegian Kveik Farmhouse Yeast with plenty of CTZ, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops. Giving the beer the right amount of bitterness.
SPARKLETOES | IPA | 7.4% ABV
Named by the brewer's daughter Sparkletoes is dank, fruity and delicious. Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic Hops and an expressive yeast strain combine to create a beer that is complex, wonderfully aromatic and hard to put down.
SLIP 'N SLIDE | NEIPA | 6.0% ABV
This beer is perfect for all your outdoor sunshine filled activities. With piles of Eldorado, Cascade, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops this true haze bro is refreshing and silky smooth.

THE monster from lake islington '09 | russian imperial stout | 9.1% ABV
This beast makes an appearance a few times a year but never long enough for you to grab your phone and snag a pic. A deep delicious stout with notes of coffee and chocolate, will definitely having you seeing things that may or may not exist.
Malbec ORANGE PEEL INCIDENT aka M.O.P.I | 5.5% ABV
We took our taproom favorite Belgian Singel and aged it in oak malbec wine barrels for 10 months. The barrel conditioning creates a luscious smooth fruit finish.
IVAN DRAUGHTO | CITRA PALE ALE | 6.0% ABV
A modern pale ale. Citra hops are added in the whirlpool and after fermentation resulting in a refreshing and highly drinkable beer with low bitterness and a citrusy finish.
DELICAAT | Dry Hopped Biere De TABLE | 4.5% ABV
Continental pilsner malt provides the canvas for the Belgian Ale yeast and New Zealand Wakatu hops to shine through. Floral with notes of lime this highly quaffable table beer is perfect for a hot day and robust enough to hold up in colder weather as well.

East coast hazy meets west coast piney. Loaded with Chinook and Cascade hops.

THINGS THAT GO HOP IN THE DARK | BLACK IPA | 7.1% ABV
Maris Otter, American 2-row, chocolate wheat, flaked barley, and malted rye are utilized to provide a dark showcase for loads of Citra and Amarillo hops added in the whirlpool and fermenter.
DANK INTENTIONS | HAZY IPA | 6.6 % ABV
A hazy IPA made with old school hops. Columbus and Cascade hops offer a piney alternative to the juice bomb craze.
FLUID INTUITION | BBL aged SOUR ALE | 7.1% ABV
Fermented with Saccharomyces in the fermenter and then with a Brettanomyces blend, Pediococcus and Lactobacillus in a Cabernet Sauvignon barrel and conditioned on Cherries, this complex sour took fifteen months to reach maturity. Tart and delicious.
WILDLING SUSTENANCE | SMOKED BRITISH MILD | 4.6% ABV
Brewed with Maris Otter base malt and fermented with a British ale yeast this mellow version of a brown ale uses a touch of cherry wood smoked malt for a complex and surprisingly easy drinking beer.
EVERY TIME A BELL RINGS | STOUT | 6.3% ABV
Brewed with Maris Otter base malt, roasted barley, and two types of chocolate malt, this full-bodied stout was designed to be consumed on its own or mixed with "An Angel Gets His Wings" cranberry kettle sour.
AN ANGEL GETS HIS WINGS | Cranberry kettle sour | 4.3% ABV
Soured with Lactobacillus Brevis and back sweetened with lactose for an amazingly tasty holiday beer. Delicious on its own or mixed with "Every Time a Bell Rings" stout.
BARREL FULL OF MONKS KEYS | BBL aged SOUR ALE | 8.7% ABV
We took our "Monk's Vice", a Belgian Dark Strong Ale, brewed with blackstrap molasses and conditioned it in bourbon barrels with a mixed sour culture. The result is a dark, complex and lightly soured beer with a bourbon kick. Not for the faint of heart.
CROSSED SIGNALS | LACTOSE KETTLE SOUR | 4.9% ABV
Brewed with multiple strains of lactobacillus for a more complex profile Crossed Signals as brewed with blackberry puree to create a crisp, quaffable ale.
EQUATORIAL DREAMS | HAZY IPA | 6.7% ABV
Brewed with a yeast blend and experimental hops Equatorial Dreams is reminiscent of overripe peaches and coconut.
ISLINGTON GENUINE DRAUGHT | AMERICAN LAGER | 5.5% ABV
Named for the street the brewery is located on IGD, as it is called by locals, is exactly what you would expect. Crisp, refreshing and easy drinking. A taproom favorite.
SOUND DECISIONS | Northwest STYLE IPA | 6.2% ABV
Inspired by the IPA's the brewer cut his teeth on in Washington State this classic IPA utilizes Cascade, Amarillo and Falconers Flight hops and a touch of Cara Vienna and Crytal 40 malt. The result is a moderately bitter IPA with an aroma bursting with pine and citrus.
